2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)

this update ( 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441 ) is downloaded on my pc for so long but it has not been able to be installed..

the error is ( There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070643)
why does microsoft has not been able to behave in a normal way ? is it sold to another company ?
how to troubleshoot this issue ?

No didn't think I could but currently in the process of resetting my computer back to default system settings and opting to keep all of my personal data etc. I will let everyone know if it actually rectifies the issue once and for all.
