1 Single Update later Destroyed my 16gb of ram memory and nothing in RUNNING in the background and SOME :WINDOWS ADVISOR: KEEP TELLING ME GET MORE RAM !

hello there.... hear me out for god sake. i got a new gaming pc i worked for..

specs: I7 9700K 3.6GHZ 

16GB OF RAM

1tb samsung quavo

GPU RTX 2060 SUPER DUAL 8GB 

when i installed a fresh windows copy on it it was running fine with all apps in the background and my memory used to be under 10.

1 update later ITS STAYING ON 30 TO 20 AND ITS KILLING MY PC..........

tried everything from re formating my pc 5 times

asking tech support from here :WINDOWS ADVISORS: wich it didnt help at all every single one of them keep telling me the same method wich not working at all.. i love how someone told me GET MORE RAM LIKE WTH

all of this from a damn windows update wich people saying its the 2004 update i re installed older versions of windows wich i was hoping its goona work and nope it didnt my memory still the same.. im lit tired of this bs.

so please for god sake. it happend before in 2018 for my old  cpu wich my old pc... and its happening again  in this pc

The new builld. I tried to uninstall every update and it didnt work. I tried to install older buillds of windows and it didnt work.

What do you mean by "Destroyed my 16gb of ram memory"? Did you observe sparks inside the case, or smoke from one of the ventilation grills?

Also, what does "ITS STAYING ON 30 TO 20" mean? Thirty to twenty of what?

I don't see anything at all wrong with your computer's use of memory in that picture.

What about it makes you think that your 16 GB of RAM are 'destroyed'?

Are you fr ? WHEN I INSTALLED A FRESH WINDOWS COPY EVERY SINGLE APP WAS RUNNING FINE IN THE BACKGROUND. AFTER THAT 1 UPDATE OF WINDOWS IT START STAYING AT 30 TO 20 OF USAGE AND I EVEN TRIEE TO REMOVE EVERYTHING AND STILL NOT GOING DOWN. SO FOR GOD SAKE
