0xc0ea000a minecraft and clip license device id does not match the device id

Ive been trying to get minecraft and roblox to download for hours. Brand new Nitro V. Other games will install. just not those two. ive reinstalled windows and did the following steps i have found online nothing is working and i dont know what to do.

Step 1: Check if doesn't have any corrupt files on the windows.
1-Right-Click on Start then click on Windows Powershell (admin)
2- Type these commands.
sfc /scannow (and press Enter)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth (and press Enter)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth (and press Enter)

3- The DISM tool will report whether the image is healthy, repairable, or non-repairable. If the image is repairable, you can use the /RestoreHealth argument to repair the image.
4-Type this command and press Enter:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Step 2: Reset Windows Update components
1-Right-Click on Start then click on Windows PowerShell(admin)
2-Type these commands:
net stop wuauserv (and press Enter)
net stop cryptSvc (and press Enter)
net stop bits (and press Enter)
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old (and press Enter)
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old (and press Enter)
net start wuauserv (and press Enter)
net start cryptSvc (and press Enter)
net start bits (and press Enter)
netsh winsock reset (and press Enter)
3-Reboot your PC

Step 3: Reinstall the Microsoft Store.
1-Right-click on Start.
2-Click on Windows PowerShell(admin)
3-Type:
Get-AppXPackage -allusers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} and press ENTER.
4-Reboot your PC
5-Open the Microsoft Store, click on Library then click on Get and Install updates.
6-When finished, try to install the app again

wsreset.exe

Reset the store

Remove all vpns and 3rd party anti virus software that came with computer.

nothing is working any tips on how to get this fixed?

Seeing that the problem you've reported is still not solved even though you've tried several solutions, you can try the following process to see if it can be solved.

 

1、Repair or reinstall XBOX and XBOX live program.

- Click Start>Settings>Applications>Installed Apps.

-Find XBOX and XBOX live in the upper search bar, and click "...." on the right side. Select Advanced after the item

- After entering, select Reset and Repair, if it still doesn't work, then remove XBOX and XBOX live, and then download and install them again through Microsoft Store.

 

2. Create a new local account on your device

-Select "Start" > "Settings" > "Accounts", and then select "Family and Other Users". (In some versions of Windows, you will see "Other Users".)

-Next to "Add another user", select "Add account".

-Select "I don't have login information for this person" and then on the next page select "Add a user without a Microsoft account".

-Enter a username, password, and password prompt, or select a security question, then select Next, and when finished, switch to the new account to confirm that you are back in use.

(Note that if you sign in with the new account and remove the old account at the same time, you will lose your desktop, documents, pictures and other data in the old account, so we suggest that you backup your desktop, documents, pictures and other data files under the old account environment first).

 

If the above process fails, you can try the following process.

1. Find the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\ClipSVC directory (hidden)

2. Back up the files in the directory and empty the directory.

3. Reboot, network and wait for the reissuance of the authorization certificate
