3- Please try the following steps:

Click Start and start typing on your keyboard for "services.msc"
In your search results "services.msc" should show up. Open it with a click.
A new window will open containing all Windows services on your system.
Search for "Windows Update"
Right-click the "Windows Update" and then click Stop.

After that, clean the Windows Update temporary cache folder:

Hold your Windows key pressed and hit the "R" key simultaneously.
small new window will appear.
Type %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore in this new window and click OK.
This will open Windows Explorer in the correct location.
Delete all contents of this folder. (Hint: Use Ctrl + A to select all files and folders)

Then, restart the Windows Update Service again:

Switch back to the Windows Services.
Locate Windows Update.
Right-click on it and choose Start.

Same error

4-

Click Start and start typing on your keyboard for "cmd".
In your search results cmd should show up with a black icon.
Right-click it and select Run as administrator.
If you are prompted for the admin password, enter the password and click OK.
A new completely black window will open. You can type commands directly into this window.
Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
This process will take a long time.

Same rror

5- Verify space disk, no problem, same error

Do you have another idea?

Thanks

Hi Dennis, This is Ramesh.

The error 0x800f0805 might indicate a corruption in the CBS registry key. A repair installation via Settings should resolve the issue.

Launch Settings > System > Recovery. Under "Fix problems using Windows Update", select "Reinstall now."

If you have an SSD, it takes around 20-30 minutes. For HDDs, it can even take an hour or more.

Ok. Please use the ISO.

1) Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

2) Run MCT and download the ISO it recommends for your system. Do *not* uncheck "Use the recommended options for this PC".

3) Right-click on the downloaded ISO and choose "Mount." This assigns the ISO a drive letter.

4) Run setup.exe from the ISO drive. This starts the in-place upgrade/repair installation.

5) This starts the setup dialog. In the initial screen, click “Change how Setup downloads updates”

6) Select “Not right now”, and continue the process.

(Your files, settings and applications will be preserved if you use the ISO recommended for your system by the Media Creation Tool.)

Hello,

After performing this procedure, when restarting, the computer asks me for the Bitlocker recovery key, after entering the key, the computer no longer starts. In the advanced options, Startup Repair does not work (I see 2 X Windows 11 ???), Safe Mode does not work either, Go back does not work either, Start on a USB key does not work either. I would like to recover what was on the desktop, so I start in command line, it works, I am able to enter C:\Users\Username\ but unable to enter Desktop? (is it a question of permission? How can I successfully remove the data on the Desktop? Thank you
