Τhank you for your responce

1)This comparison betwwen versions where i can find it?

2)Τhe subscription version of outlook of microsoft 365 how it called officially?Οutlook 365?outlook for windows?Something else?

3)Also why appears as an option to ''switch to new outlook''? The ''outlook 365'' is paid porgram with many futures and ''suggest'' me to switch to a free -different program with less futures ?Ιt doesn't make sense.....When i had mail and calendar app ...appears also this ''switch option'' before the transition from mail and calendar app to new outlook but that was normal as the new outlook is the successor of mail & calendar app.But the paid version of outllook is a completely different software ..........So why this ''suggestion''?Unless the paid version it is going to evolve to ;''new outlook''................

Thank you for acknowledging my response, and here is the answer to your question.

Usually, we would refer to this support link to view the feature comparison between New Outlook and Classic Outlook:

Feature comparison between new Outlook and classic Outlook - Microsoft Support

However, the screenshot provided to you is from this support article: Getting started with the new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support

The official name for the Outlook subscription version in Microsoft 365 is Classic Outlook. What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support, while the free version is called New Outlook.

New Outlook is designed to offer a more simplified user experience and shares the same user interface and experience as the Outlook web version. The “Switch to New Outlook” option is intended to allow users to experience the latest features and improvements. Microsoft encourages users to try New Outlook and share feedback to further improve the product.

However, as a community support member, I still recommend users to use Classic Outlook if they have a subscription, as it offers more features (okay, except for the pin feature, unfortunately). I hope the above information clarifies your confusion, and thank you for taking the time to understand the differences between Classic Outlook and New Outlook! Wishing you a smooth workday.
