Hello JayMullins,

From your description, may I understand that you are using Outlook Web App in the browser and would like to add the Gmail account to Outlook Web App. If not, please feel free to correct. Based on my knowledge, there is no menu bar in Outlook Web App.

If you are a Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Personal user, you can add the account to Outlook by click the gear icon at the upper right corner of Outlook Web App and click View all Outlook settings > Mail > Sync email, and then add your account by following the instructions. For your reference: Add your other email accounts to Outlook.com

If you are Microsoft 365 Business subscription, it is not feasible to add other accounts to Outlook Web App. As a workaround, you can download Microsoft 365 Apps by following the steps in this article: Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2019 on a PC or Mac. Then you can add other accounts into Outlook client.
