As per your description, if your Office 2021 comes with product key then before you can install and activate Office, you will need to Redeem your product key to associate it with your Microsoft account.

Once done, you can Download an offline installer from www.office.com. For detailed steps, see Use the Office offline installer (microsoft.com)

You need to be connected to the internet to download this installer file, but once that's done, you can then install Office offline on a PC at your convenience.

Hi,

We are still unable to get any of the office 21 programs to activate for us to begin using. We keep entering our login information but it never goes to the password page and continues to show that we aren't signed in. Not sure what is happening. We have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted multiple time with no success.

Any suggestions on what to do next?

Hi where are you getting Office professional plus? It is a volume licence provided to companies, schools etc. But as far as I know Microsoft does not sell 2021 versions?

Stefan, yes I know about>Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021>. That is not the same as "Office professional plus 2021" as you well know. I do not think Microsoft has ever provided Office Professional Plus 2021?

Professional Plus should also be offered as a volume license. I may be wrong in assuming that the information applies to both versions.

Certain "developer" subscriptions, such as a Visual Studio subscription, will include the right to install Professional Plus versions of Office. See https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/subscriptions/#software-and-downloads?cat=visual-studio-enterprise-subscription-with-github-enterprise (screen shot below).

I still do not see Office Professional Plus 2021. The last Pro Plus provided by HUP was Office Professional Plus 2019. The Office Professional Plus 2021 is sold on the internet at knock down price of $40 or so.

PS: This forum is full of illegitimate Office Professional Plus 2021.
