I cannot properly sign into my 365 email account. When I try through he portal it comes up with a "My Account" page with settings and the like, and when I try using a direct link the the inbox I revise the following...

I can only assume that a license has expired or something, however I believe this account was registered with a one off upfront fee so I am confused, also there is no link to billing and online technical support does not work as the system doesn't recognise my account

How can I solve this?

Based on the error message, the issue may be related to your Office 365 subscription status.

i understand that you can’t see the button to send the reply. since you are using safari on your mac, please try using a different browser such as chrome, firefox to access the link to see if you can see the button to reply the private message.

if you are not able to use other browsers or you still cannot see the button, please send us a screenshot for further checking.

to upload a screenshot, please click use rich formatting > the insert/edit media button.

Hi there

I am having the same problem as Ollie in that I received a message this morning that my organisation is marked for removal. My major problem is that someone else set my account up for me. I have therefore not received any notifications that my subscription was about to expire. I have no idea how to rectify this and am in dire straits as I have urgent work to do and no email...

Please could someone urgently assist!

Hi Hartej,

I have checked your account and found that the account has not been assigned an Office 365 license. So I would suggest you contact the admin of your Office 365 tenant to assign one license to you. Here is an article about assigning license:
