I can't open the Microsoft Store on my Surface RT .

Help.....online tech support could not fix the problem! Every time I try to open the Store it leaves a message stating my network connection has timed out or my internet connection is nonexistent! Everything is connected and working fine. I want to update to 8.1......😞

Hi there.  I'm having the same issue on my Surface 2. Store won't open. Eventually quits. I'm in the Eastern time zone but live in the Central time zone. I'm the Admin. I'm logged into my MS account.  I have launched the Store many times.
 
Please help.

Update:  restart fixed the problem.

Please make sure:

Signed in with a Microsoft account

Install all available updates

Ensure the time, timezone and date are accurate on your Surface

You should be able to access the Store.
