If you have a Surface 2 or Surface RT and are uncomfortable uninstalling updates and blocking them, there is apparently a 3rd party web browser that might work for you called Sidekick Private Browser. I don't know anything about it, but here is the direct

This isn't a fix for the problem, and Microsoft still has not commented.
If you want to uninstall this update:
Go to Start , and select Control Panel > Programs > View installed updates.
In the search box in the upper-right corner, enter kb4516067.
Select Update for Microsoft Windows (kb4516067) > Uninstall.
Then open Services and disable Windows Update for now. Just remember to re-enable WU after a reply is posted that Microsoft has issued a fix to insure you get future (hopefully TESTED) updates.
