Based on the screenshots you have sent, this maybe an issue with your hard drive not being detected by your device or worse, a possible hardware issue.
In order for us to confirm that, may we know if you can still login to Windows? If not, there is no way, then we may opt to boot from the UEFI environment of your device. In order to do that, simply follow the steps provided at this
link.
Once you're in the UEFI environment, try to see if there is an icon like this
at the upper right of the screen. If there is, that means that there is a possibility that your Surface is not detecting the hard disk. This would also explain why in the screenshots you sent, it is not detecting the total capacity of your hard disk or it
is showing 0 bytes.
If this would be the case, the only way to resolve it is to bring it to the nearest Microsoft Store or contact our Microsoft Support via phone through this
link so they can process a replacement for it.
