What Happened To The "Leave touchpad on when mouse is connected" Option That You Could Uncheck?

Surface Pro 4 1TB

Surface Pro Type Keyboard
Windows 10 Pro x64 1511

The settings for Mouse & touchpad used to contain a checkbox for Leave touchpad on when mouse is connected

Unchecking disabled the touchpad when a mouse was connected.  That seems to have disappeared.

When the Surface Pro 4 is in a Surface Pro 3 docking station the cover is closed yet when the room gets warm I get random mouse clicks.  I need to disable the touchpad sensor when a mouse is connected but the option is gone.  How do I get it back?

I had mine disappear as well before, but after updating and restarting Window 10 it did come back  Yet I had a mouse plugged into USB.  Not sure if this helps, but worth a try.
Okie, I love you, bye, bye...
