Surface Pro 3 WiFi Error with System

I searched on Google, and didn't find any answers, and my issue seems kind of... abnormal.

I know that there have been some issues with wifi with the SP3, but the internet speed is OK. It's about 20-30 Mbps download speed, and about 15 Mbps download speed, but the OS can't use it. The web works well (With both IE and other browsers, such as Chrome), but I can't download any apps from the Microsoft Store (It says that my internet connection is too slow), and when I try to update the WiFi driver, it loads forever when I try to search for them. When I installed Office, it was able to connect, but it was extremely slow (It took about 3 hours). Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hello HB

Thanks for reaching out to us.  Sorry to hear you are getting inconsistent and unusual results from wifi on your Surface Pro 3.

When did this start happening?  Can you confirm that your time, timezone and date are accurate?  Restart Surface and your router, try connecting again.

Does this behavior persist across different networks?  Are you seeing speeds from Surface to the router, or is this out to the internet as well?

Have you tried logging in with a different Microsoft account to try accessing the Store?

Are there any pending updates?

Desktop> Swipe for Charms> Settings> Control panel> Windows update> check for updates> install

Remember to restart between layers of updates, and twice after the last update installs.

Let us know what is happening.

Best regards

This is the well known issue discussed ad nauseam at
I can easily duplicate the issue with the Windows Store on battery power/resume
from connected standby. ONLY happens on battery power.

Also, Microsoft is throttling the firmware updates that may (or may not)
provide relief. I've been checking manually after installing the regular updates
at 1pm EDT for nearly 6 hours and the firmware has not appeared.

yup, I'm done, it's going back. I waited for the updates and still had problems after refreshing etc.

Maybe next time ms see you for surface pro 4 =/

Our company is sending them back as well, we don't have months to let them sit in boxes while Microsoft dances around giving us the same answers.
