Contacting support and getting poor service

I have just been on live chat and they gave me 2 number for 24/7 support, however both are only limited hours Monday to Friday. can anyone please provide me with a support number. I have tried to fix problem using web forums but still no luck. they have very poor service

Thanks for reaching out to us.  Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Type Cover connection on your Surface Pro 3.

How did you go about contacting Support?  Have you heard back yet?  There have been times when Support has been backlogged, and of course they operate during business hours, but they are good at getting back to the customer.

Nevertheless, if you have concerns about being contacted, try reaching out to them again.  You can do so Here and Here.  Be sure to start with your Service Number.

Keep us posted as appropriate.

They have since replied to me, picked up my faulty sp3 and replaced it. All in under a week, I must say I am impressed at how quickly this was resolved.

Now the is the kind of service one would expect from a company like Microsoft. Other than the initial issues, 2 thumbs up from me!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble contacting Support.

There is not general email that leads to Surface Support.

Have you tried initiating a Chat or requesting a Callback through the Support site

What is the underlying problem you are having with your Surface Pro 3?

How did you initially contact Support?
