Would dual booting the Surface Pro void its warranty?

I'm used to using Windows 8 Pro and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS in tandem. Does the Surface Pro address dual-booting in its warranty? If not, does anyone know if this would pose any issues on a Surface Pro?

Greetings,

To add to what Jordana listed, if you remove the factory image, that Microsoft has provided and add your own image, even Windows 8 Pro (non-OEM), you have lost support for the Surface.

So long as you dual boot and keep the factory OEM version of Windows 8 Pro, you're good to go.
