Hello. I run the following problems when i run a usb media with windows10. 1. In the windows installer, I can't control with the touchpad and touch screen. I also can't use the on-screen announcer in the recovery environment and reinstall windows. There
is no such problem on my other devices. the system is downloaded from microsoft site. Please help resolve the issue.
Sorry for the late update. As what Greg mentioned regarding Surface devices, the recommended method of a clean install/recovery is to use the Surface
Recovery Image page.
This option reimages the entire device, including the partition on the hard drive.
It is the most complete form of reset.
You will need to back up your
personal data.
You will need to reinstall desktop apps. You will need to run updates after completion.
After that, run the Windows Update
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates
