Surface book keyboard Battery is not charging

if you are in the US, go to the closest physical retail Microsoft Store and they

will assist (probably exchange). if you are not in the US, you will need to

Thanks for the reply i am currently living in pakistan and there is no retail store in my country but rather a microsoft support office which only deals with the microsoft software issue and they told me that you have a hardware issue i am very confused what to do no repair company can fix this in my area and how i will reach to microsoft store to replace or solve the problem still thinking what should i do .......

By tried everything, what do your efforts entail? 

changing the power pack, reseting your surface, updating it?

Hi, thanks for the reply yes as u mentioned i have tried almost everything to sort it out but all went in vain and now i am pretty sure that its a hardware issue not software. i have updated the windows chrged it whole night while the pc was off cleaned the plugs and pin connectors unistalling the drivers the two button restart and etc but nothing worked for me .Now as this my device was purchased in Us and i bought it on amzaon i am living in pakistan so its now literrally impossible for me to reach to the microsoft retail store in Us and if i somehow reach there the replacemnet cost is 600 dollars so this whole thing will cost me more the 750 dollars waste of my money i wish that the surfacebook was designed in a way that a third party repairing companies could also solve its issues.
