Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding my Surface Pro 8, which has been experiencing an intermittent power problem. As a loyal customer since 2016, I believe that I shouldn’t have to bear the burden of a repair cost, especially when the issue seems to be recurring. I have troubleshooted with a new charger with no success, I also have follow the steps from your site to trouble with no success and I feel $330 is much to expensive for a computer that most likely is not a motherboard problem, a battery problem or charging port problem, because I have had the computer turn on more than once, but now it won't turn on.
I heavily rely on my Surface Pro 8 for work, and its unreliability is causing significant inconvenience. As a loyal customer, I kindly request that you consider waiving any repair fees associated with resolving this issue. I believe that my loyalty and the longevity of my relationship with Surface products should be taken into account.
If necessary, I am willing to send the device for repair or replacement, but I sincerely hope that Microsoft can address this matter without imposing additional costs.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
Andre Foster
