I think you bought a Business version of SP7 which is the reason why it is in the brown box. I also have purchased a business version and it is a brand new one. No doubt about it. Moreover if you notice your SP7 will have Microsoft Windows 10 professional installed
in it unlike the windows 10 home version the retail versions of SP7. Hope this helps. Thanks.vn
