Surface pro 4 - Battery swelling

Hello,

The battery of my surface pro 4 is swelling and the screen is bending and has already begun to detached itself.

I'm concerned about continuing using the device in this situation.

I'm in New Caledonia for few months and there are no MS representative in here.

What are my options?

Not safe to use if battery is swelling and separating/lifting the screen. You
will need to contact support

Is there another way than a phone number to access customer support (like an email address for example) because there is no phone number for New Caledonia and the phone number for Australia is only for domestic use so I can't call it.

We do understand your part, if you cant use a phone as of the moment you can chat with one of the Microsoft Surface Support. In that way, they can assist you fully on your concern.

Click on the "Try the virtual agent"  in that way, you will be routed to a live agent.
