surface duo calls

after I place a call or received a call after 2 minutes of talking the phone cuts off. is there a setting so this won't happen. Im on Verizon

Same here. Usually after only a few seconds.

I have the same issue as for the call dropping on Verizon. I was on the phone from my house to the local store which is 5 minutes away and the call dropped three times. I had no issues with my Note 9.

awesome concept of the phone liked the quality of it but my major flaw of the device   needing  Wi-Fi calling- Verizon does not support this feature on  the duo,  per Verizon and Microsoft reps   also had issues with messaging plus which  the issue wasn't completely resolved . as of now  im returning the phone unless someone knows  away to fix the wi-fi calling feature

I called Verizon and they fixed the SMS issue but still having many drooped calls..

Mine too. Called Verizon but after awhile got drop calls again. Just frustrating. Hope this won't be

the reason for returning this device.

Called Microsoft tech, but didn't help either.

My calls are dropping also on Metro pcs. I think it may be a problem with placement of the cell antenna in the phone because i get a very weak signal bars and they keep going up and down all the time to almost no service. Never happened with my s9+. I hope Microsoft will put out a fix.

Yes, I am having the same issue, had it almost immediately after set up and then it went away. Today it just dropped the last 3 calls while I was talking to my mom. Frustrating. I removed all Bluetooth devices and it started working again, but today the same thing happened. I removed all Bluetooth devices again and it dropped the call after about 6 seconds.

I'm on AT&T abd I bought my device from Best Buy, but I heard the devices from AT&T are slightly different.

I also noticed that when I went to shut it off to reboot, I saw in the top right-hand corner of the left screen it said no sim - no service. I will replace the SIM and reboot to see if it helps the issue.
