I renewed my subscription yesterday I am truly disatisfied with your product.want a refund.

We understand your need, but could you please clarify here what products you would like to cancel your subscription? Microsoft 365 Subscription? Or an Xbox subscription? Or Microsoft Copilot Pro?

If you are referring to a Microsoft 365 subscription, first sign in to the following "Services and subscriptions" link using your Microsoft account:

Then find your subscription and click "Manage":

On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type):

Finally, follow these guidelines to contact the billing support team and negotiate a refund:
