Bluetooth MISSING from Device Manager

Hello

I have recently bought a Surface Pro 4 and when I tried to use my wireless mouse with the Surface. I found that the Bluetooth is missing from the drivers. I tried to look for the Bluetooth driver in Device manager but Bluetooth driver is missing. I have restore the windows with the thought that it might help but still no luck. Can someone help me in this regard?

Answer

Access the UEFI settings; go to Devices and make sure that Bluetooth is ON.

You can adjust the UEFI settings only during system startup. To load the UEFI firmware settings menu:

Step 1: Shut down your Surface.
Step 2: Press and hold the volume-up button on your Surface, and, at the same time, press and release the power button.
Step 3: When you see the Surface logo, release the volume-up button. The UEFI menu will appear within a few seconds.
