Skype for Business Login Screen

The skype for business login screen is locked. There is an incorrect email address in the sign-in address. The password field is blank. If I attempt to alter or delete the incorrect sign-in address. The computer dings and no changes are made.

Hi Gregory,

Please drop down the setting options> File> change sign-in address…

Remove the address from sign-in address box.

If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of the login screen of Skype for Business. And go to setting option> Help> about Skype for Business> provide the detailed version
