Skype frequently dropping calls / almost instantly dropping calls

So i'm in a small group call with my friends and i get dropped. Think it's just another every-day skype bug. I try to re-join and about 2-6 seconds after i connect, i am immediately dropped. Anyone got any solutions?

EDIT: I'm noticing my internet quality thing says "unknown"

Hello [MG]Viral,

Welcome to Skype Community Forum!

We understand that you have call issue with it. You have mentioned above that with regarding with the Internet quality, it was “unknown”. One possible reason is that the internet connection is not stable on your device.

You can try to uninstall and reinstall the application on your device, use other Internet connection, and try to join a call on other group or make a call with other Skype contact.

Please refer to this link for Call Quality guide.

Hope the information above helps!

Thanks!

Well the internet connection on my PC has been stable for the past six years, and also checked with my provider and they said nothing had been happening with the lines or internet. I've reinstalled it twice and it's still not working.

It is normal to see the message "Connection speed between you is unknown" when in a Group Call or any other call involving Skype servers (as e.g. Skype Echo Sound Test Service). Connection speed can only be evaluated when on a 1-to-1 calls.

In any chat window type exactly this text /dumpmsnp and then press the Send button. Copy and paste here the output from this chat command.
