I wrote this question because my father in law can not write it. He can not speak in english. The problem is that he can not communicate with my daughter. Both have each other in contacts book. If one sends message to other, message is not delivered.
I checked that contacts are correct and my daughter does not have my father in law in blocked contacts. We tried to search contact by mobile phone in contacts book and send message but without response. The other contact not see this message. Only their own.
We tried to delete contact a add as new. But it also not helped.
Both can communicate with other contacts without problem but not each other. Any advice?
