Web Skype Log In With Skype Account

I want to use the Web Skype, but I don't want to use my Microsoft account.  I've always used my Skype account for Skype.  I logged into the web portal once using my Live account, but that does not have my Skype contacts.  

I can't seem to find information on how to log in using my Skype credentials.  All searches point to "How to Log In With Your Microsoft Account" "Merge Accounts" "How to use Skype Without an Account" or is for a different format than Web.

With Skype for Web, you can log in using email, phone, or Skype Name. Make sure that you sign in using your Skype Name and password.

Use our account diagnostic tool to enter your Skype Name, email, or phone number and find out if you have more than one Skype account. We can also help reset your password if you need to.
