Skype is asking for parental consent

I cannot log on to Skype because it is requiring parental consent. I have been using Skype for years; this is something new. My info is correct in the Microsoft account, but Skype is not recognizing it. I need help in resolving this issue.

Hi EGoyco,

Good Day!

Please be advised that you are being asked for a “Parental Permission” is because the system detected that your age on file is below 13 years of age that’s why it was categorized as a “Child Account”.

But you don’t have to worry about this one because we can change the date of birth on your account, so you can have the correct age on file.

Please complete this form and we will get you back up and running as soon as possible.

If you have further questions about your account verification do not hesitate to contact us back.

If you have further questions, kindly reply to this thread.

Thank you!
