Can't Share Sound On Mac?

I'm on the latest version of Skype (8.15.0.4) and on MacBook (on OS Sierra, version 10.12.1) but I don't have the option to share sound. I also have a desktop PC running windows, and I'm able share sound that one, but I'm unable to on my macbook. These are my options when I click the plus button: 

Please help?

Hi jasmindu,

Unfortunately, share system sound is currently not available with the new Skype for Mac. However, you can utilize the classic Skype to share your sound. To get the classic, please follow the steps below:

  • Log on to www.skype.com
  • Click on Downloads
  • Click on the dropdown from the blue button:

  • Click on Get classic Skype
