Hi, Rhiza_E,

Read your replied mail for the others and i have the same problem to locate an email address where i can simply send a question for an immediate problem. My problem is though i received an confirmed delivered order through email ,which is a recurring payment order, i couldn't find it in my personal Skype page. It means i can't cancel the subscription.

Can you help me as you helped the others to send me information of how can i get in touch with the chat support agent or an email address i can send a question. Much appreciated.

How do I take off the limit?

Hi, Skype thinks I am underage. I don't know why this is since I have used my account for years and the account is associated with a credit card.  If you cannot fix it I need a refund of my remaining balance and my contact list in a text file sent to my associated email please.
