Unable to retrieve my skype id as the verification email has been disabled due to the non usage

The email address I originally used for my skype account is no longer in use by me.  I know my user name and password but it will not allow me to login without verification, since it's been a while.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products, I will be more than happy to help you.

If you are not getting verification code then please update your security info:
- Please visit security page: https://account.microsoft.com/security
- Select Update my info.
- Click on the "I don't have any of these" option.
- In a new form you'll be asked to add new security info.

You can use both email and SMS to receive verification code, but I personally suggest you to continue to use email to receive verification code because in my experience cellular networks sometimes have trouble to deliver SMS.

After you have updated your security info you won't be able to make update to your security info again within the next 30 days but you can still continue to use your account.

Kind Regards

Hello Daniel...

I guess I should have been clearer.  I have two accounts.  My Zanari account is/was fine.  I have another that I am unable to log in to and just received an email stating this accounts email address has been changed.  I'm so confused how that can even happen when I haven't explained thoroughly what the problem is.

Please help.

Thanks

In that case then please apply instructions in my first comment, your can use SMS to receive verification code or if you still have other alternative email address then you can still use it as well to receive verification code.

But I personally still suggest you to use other email address instead of using SMS to receive verification code unless you have no other choice.
