I have a regular group call with about 6 people, 3 are regular skype users (on Windows 10) and 3 are phone numbers that I have dialed out to their phone numbers (Skype to phone).
In the past few weeks after about 20 min in the call, some people report that they cannot hear some of the other people in the call, even though everyone else can hear all people in the call. The person who cannot be heard could be one of the skype-on-windows users, or they might be one of the dialed in phones. I have not noticed any pattern, such as who first cannot be heard, or who can or cannot be heard.
After some time, 5 min or so, we notice that now everyone can hear everyone again.
So for an example if there are 6 people in the call: A, B, C, D, E, F. At some point one party, like F, will report that they cannot hear A, but they can hear everyone else (B,C,D,E). And everyone else (A,B,C,D,E) will confirm that they can still hear everyone in the call, including A and including F who is complaining that F cannot hear A. So this is not a microphone or speaker issue because some parties in the call always hear everyone else all the time.
In addition this does not seem to be a problem that someone is just having a poor connection, because they can hear other callers, and everyone can hear them.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
