It works for Android (6.0+), Android tablet, iPhone and iPad:

Tap your profile picture > Skype profile > share profile > QR code

You can view your own QR code by opening your Skype app.

  • Tap on your profile photo at the top of the screen.
  • Under Manage, tap on Skype Profile.
  • Tap and select Share Profile > QR code
