Unable to call Autralian 1800 and 1300 numbers

Currently unable to call 1800 or 1300 numbers if we dial a 1800 number we receive the error the number you entered is invalid, please check and try again. This is happening across multiple accounts. Has there been a change to service?

May I ask if you've tried adding the Australia country code (+61) before the number when making the call?

Thank you for your response:

The issue is Skype will prompt the numbers as ‘Invalid’ we were able to call the numbers before. It’s doing the same for the 1800 number which is covered by the subscription.

The number dialed would be +61 1800888223 and Skype will error with: the number you entered is invalid, please check and try again
