SMS delivery failed when using skype to send SMS

As a asking title, I could not use Skype to send SMS.  The error message is SMS delivery failed . Please help

You should chat with a live agent from Skype Support on this issue.

Not all options will allow you to chat with a live agent. Select following one from the categories dropdown to get the option for chat.

Payments & purchases
Account, profile & sign-in
Privacy & security

On the next screen, you get the Chat link which you can click.

I have same problem and just can not get hold of a real person to talk to its extremely frustrating

Lots of people having the same problem, on Mac, Windows, iPhone etc. And support not helpful.

I have had the same problem multiple times.  Skype makes no attempt to elaborate or explain the error message, Skype support doesn't help.  The web is full of similar reports.  There are some suggested complex and time-wasting work-arounds, but no satisfactory solution.  F-grade to Skype
