Skype won't run after Windows 10 update

My laptop updated Windows 10 this morning and I lost the ability to use Skype. It opens briefly and immediately shuts down without an error notification. I was going to uninstall it and do a reinstall but, it appears to have been integrated with Office and does not show up anywhere on a program list. (I recently purchased Office Professional Plus 2016 through the Home Use Program.) I can't find Skype to uninstall it. I also reset my Microsoft account password this morning. The two things may be related but, I can't get Skype to open to see if I need to reset a password there.

Any suggestions?
