Skype stuck on signing in

Hello, I'm stuck logging in the skype on PC desktop. I can log in easily on my mobile phone or on the skype web. But the program on the PC is not working at all in login, i tried to uninstall different skype versions, clean the cache tried to add skype old and more answers but it's not helped. When i tried incorrect password it checks fast and says nope, when i write all current i got stuck for 15-30 seconds and "skype unable to sign in". Please if someone knows how to fix that, leave the answer, thanks.

Try to reset Windows hosts file:

How to reset the Hosts file back to the default (microsoft.com)

Also, how is your computer connected to Internet? Is there a VPN or Proxy on the network connection?

Please, run the System Information tool (msinfo32)

Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type msinfo32.exe and press the OK button. This will open the System Information window.  In this window click on File and select Export. Save the msinfo.txt file to your hard drive.

Try first to stop/disable any Torrent applications.

Uninstall Oculus virtual audio and any associated software.

Try again to reset all local Skype settings.

Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata%\microsoft and then press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype for Desktop”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype for Desktop_old.

Reinstall now the currently latest Skype for Desktop 8.65.0.76 version using this direct download link:

https://download.skype.com/s4l/download/win/Skype-8.65.0.76.exe

Also, try to change your network connection.

You are currently connected on Intel Ethernet Connection I218-LM adapter. Try to change this connection to Intel I210 Gigabit Network Connection.

Is it possible for you to connect your PC to another router/network?

Also, if you have another Skype account, or can create a new one, then try to sign in to Skype with another account.
