skype stuck at signing in

Hi. I seem to have a problem signing in to my account. It’s stuck at the signing in page. I’m using skype for iPhone.
i have the same problem is the issue fixed?

I have the same problem. I an in western australia. I hope that this problem will be fixed soon. I use my skype on my iphone. I did check my updates on my phone and skype update. Hope some one will help us soon. My details are working fine from sa can login in and out no problem.

No. Been uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still nothing. It’s stuck at the white log in page.

How about using a different connection, have you tried that?

I have tried logging in with my husband's account and it did go through.

i have tried using a different network but was still unsuccessful.

i have tried logging in from my desktop, i am able to get in, but cant send and receive messages.

might be a problem with my account?

One off my family members looked in with my details in sa and worked all good. I have tried from my side in aus. I did receive one message but could not reply. Keep saying sending. Logout out and tried logging in again and stuck on logging in. Reinstall and uninstall on my phone no luck as yet. Hope to get this sorted soon as I use this as a form of communication to family in sa.

When you logged in to your account using your desktop, did you sign in using email address or Skype name?

After logging in using your husband's account on your mobile, did you try to sign in to your account again?

What version of Skype are you using on your mobile device? If you're using 8.13 or below, try to uninstall and reinstall again.
