Skype for business and OneDrive login error: Http/1.1 Service Unavailable

Split from this thread.

Hi Anna

I also have this problem. I have tried following your guide but without result.

Tried on two 2018 Macbook Pros running High Sierra, resulting in "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable"

I also have an old MacBook Pro 2008, running El Capitan. Here it works fine. Both Skype for Business and OneDrive.

Hoping for a quick solution

Regards

Casper

Hi Leo

By pure luck I got both Skype for Business and OneDrive to log on.

I got an Office update with a new version of Skype and hoped my issue was solved. I tried to log in but the result was the same 1.1 Service unavailable.

For some reason I pressed the Browse Back button on my mouse, and the login prompt seemed to send the login information again. Resulting in a successful login. Did the same with OneDrive. Error -> Browse back -> successful login.

Since I was able to log in on my old Mac but not the new, could this be a simple speed and timing issue? The login prompt sending the information before Skype and OneDrive is ready for it.

Regards

Casper
