Skype can't be unlinked from previous apple ID

I bought a skype number when I was using my previous apple ID, now using a new apple ID, and Apple has already unbounded/unlinked my skype subscription from my old Apple ID, but skype still refuse my payment via direct online payment(skype official website always say "please activate your IOS number from Apple settings") and my skype number has already disappeared from my skype. what can I do

I am sorry for what happened. I'd be glad to assist you with this.

As far as I know, you should be able to change the payment method of your Skype Number once it expires. Don't worry, Skype reserves your Skype Number for your account for 90 days after it gets expired - only you can reactivate it within this period.

Can you please access this link https://account.live.com/username/recover then enter the email address or phone number associated with your Skype account?
