Skype and Viber on Windows 8.1RT

I had both of these running and now they don't work. They need upgrading. But how?? Cant even find them in the store although they are top apps. Would also like to haver you tube but cant find that in the store either. cant run anyprograms off the net. Can download but not install. help.

Please be informed that the Windows 8.1 RT is no longer supported and you can no longer install Skype there. Please check this link for the system requirements to install Skype: What are the system requirements for Skype?

And as for the Viber, I highly suggest to contact their support for further assistance.
