ringtone not working when getting a call

I have looked at settings in skype, seems to be right.
checked speakers settings, seems to be right.

in folder roaming, renamed slype folder and tried, no sound.

reinstalled (when i installed all settings where still there as it logged me right in) didnt work.

help me plz!

Open Tools -> Options -> Sounds. Can you hear the rington when pressing the "Play this sound" button?

like i said checked settings in skype, so yeah i did and hear a sound.

I have no sound when im getting called(ringtone), i do have sound when i can pick up.

Open Tools -> Options -> Audio settings. What device is selected there for Ringing?

plz? i did say i checked speaker settings, and its not that i do not have sound!!!! i have no ringtone sound when being called or getting a msg beep when recieving msges!

Settings for Ringing apply only to notification sounds. Speakers apply to call audio.

Likewise, the Mute all sounds button, applies only to notification sounds. When pressed, so the text is showing Enable all sounds, then all notification sounds will be muted, while call audio will not be affected.

its on selected speaker and mute all sounds, so those settings are correct.

if i change speakers to the 1 im using for my sound, the problem still is there.
