Need help - Skype to Skype video call image from Samsung tablet is distorted

Hello, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablet with Android to do Skype to Skype calls (Skype version 8.15.0.428) with a HP Windows 10 PC on the other end. The image from the tablet camera is badly distorted. Audio is fine. See Skype screenshot below - upper image is from the tablet on my lap, pointing up towards my face; lower image is from my PC webcam at the same moment- no problems. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Maybe this link can help https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10328/what-are-the-system-requirements-for-skype. There is a mention of ARMv6 processors with the Samsung tablets.



Skype is fully supported on devices with ARMv7 processors (or processors capable of running its instruction set). Skype can run on devices with ARMv6 processors, but video calling is not supported. Examples of ARMv6 processor devices: Samsung Galaxy Ace, HTC Wildfire. If you're not sure what type of processor your device has, check the device's user manual or contact its manufacturer.

Thanks SheikhErshad1. I found this information online:  "Samsung's Galaxy Tab S 10.5 Wi-Fi SM-T800 specifications and features: this is a 10.5" (267.2 mm) device with a WQXGA 2560 x 1600 screen resolution. The phone is powered by the Exynos 5 Octa 5420 soc with a Quad-core 1.9 GHz & quad-core 1.3 GHz configuration. " Also, "8 Cores (Octa-Core)" and "GPU: Mali-T628 MP6".  I'm not seeing anything about an ARMv6 or v7. However, the tablet is about 5 years old if that indicates anything.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Skype but still have the problem.
