I subscribed a number from skype, but neither is it reachable nor it is available in listed numbers

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I know how important it is to confirm the subscription that you purchased in Skype. To meet expectations, access to the Microsoft community is limited and we don't have access to your Skype account.

In order to check whether the Skype number is under your account,

1. Sign in to your account.

2. In the Manage features section, select Skype Number.
   
   Note: If you're on iPhone or iPad and don't have the Skype Number option, you may need to clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.

3. This page will show the the newly purchased Skype number and once the skype number is under this page, this means that it is active

You will also need to confirm that the Skype number is registered as your Caller ID on the account.

To change to your Skype Number if you had Caller ID enabled with another number:

1. Open the Skype app.

2. Select your profile picture, then select Settings.

3. Select Calling, then select Caller ID.

4. From the bulleted list displayed, select the Skype Number that you want to use as your Caller ID.

5. You may also do a test call to check if the Skype number will show up as your caller ID

6. Your Caller ID is now set and ready to go.

Should the Skype number still unreachable, please check whether the blocking feature is enabled on your account. Unwanted call blocking is a feature that helps block your Skype Number from receiving unwanted spam calls. It's free to use, and the best part is you'll get less interruptions from intrusive spam calls. 

To change call blocking settings for your Skype Number:
 

1. Select your profile picture. 

2. Select  Settings.

3. Select  Account & Profile and then select  Your account​. 
   
   Note:  If you are using Skype for iPhone or iPad, learn how to manage your profile and purchases. 

4. Under Manage features, select Skype Number .

5. Turn the Allow Skype to block unwanted calls option on or off.
