I have a skype to go number issue

I have have skype to go number for a UK landline, the call drops after about 5 minutes every time. have to call back multiple times. Have tried the general skype to go number and the assigned one. Have even changed the skype number for the assigned land line skype to go and it still drops after about 5 minutes.

Is anyone familiar with this issue and how to resolve it ?

Keep in mind that Egypt, Morocco and Nigeria are not covered.
Also, you cannot dial the international prefixes +882 and +883 using Skype to Go.

Thanks, I have the following plan:

United Kingdom unlimited mins landlines - yearly subscription

The call completes but drops after about 4-5 minutes. I am using a landline (calling a skype to go number for a UK landline).

I see, but which plan are you using while making this call? As far as I know you can't use your Skype subscription combined with the Skype to go one.

The plan I listed. There is a kype to go number for the UK landline that is being dialed from a landline (the call connects and after about 4 to 5 minutes the call gets dropped). If I dial again it will connect but it is annoying for the call to drop every 4-5 minutes when its an unlimited plan and shouldn't just drop
