How to stop skype on mobile to automatically answer calls

I have exactly the same situation on Skype android.

Connected is an Huawei watch 2 or Samsung gear s3

No call taking features on Skype, or on smart watch activated.

Android 7.1.1

Newest Skype, reinstalled. activated and deactivated the automatic take call feature, only happens if I get calls by certain phone numbers, direct Skype calls work perfect, doesn't even give me a choice to decline call, if  it happens. Happens with newest versions from play store (ca Since 11.2018

This is happening for me too. I also use a smartwatch, Samsung Galaxy watch. It's really annoying to have Skype auto answer on my phone every time.

I have the same issue. When my phone (Xiaomi mi8 Android 9) is connected to my Galaxy Watch the Skype answers automatically all the calls. Also, it enables video if it has the permission to use Camera.

Re-installing doesn't solve the issue.

The issue doesn't reproduce when bluetooth is not active.

This is huge security problem!

Yes, this problem is only Bluetooth connection is on.

I would love to get back to skype for android, as skype light for android is just a terrible app (not loading chats etc, but that's not for this thread)

I also have this problem.  I do not have a smart watch (but I do use Bluetooth to connect to my camera) -- so this might be the underlying cause.

It is especially annoying when I'm using Skype on the PC and the phone answers first -- so instead of decent webcam and microphone/speakers the phone with tiny screen and tinny speaker several feet away is the 'communication'.

It is hard, too, to switch back to the PC at this point!
