How to add website in profile?

We understand that you would like to add links to your deleted websites in your Skype.

In order to further assist you in identifying the cause of the issue, we may need you to share additional information with us to further assist you in this process:

1. What is the account you are logged into on Skype? Your previous Skype account or Microsoft account? What is your account type? Is it a personal account or a work account?

2. You have indicated that you would like to add your deleted link and need to confirm with you that you have deleted the website elsewhere and would like to add it to your Skype profile? Or you have previously added the link to your Skype profile and want to add it again?

3. Did you delete the link yourself? Do you have a backup of your website? Or did you delete the link from your profile without backup information?

We have tested that it is not possible to add website information directly from the web or apps or your mobile phone, but you can edit your personal information in your Skype profile through Settings - ‘Your Profile’ and it will be added directly through the ‘About Me’ section. However, you can edit your personal information through Settings - ‘Your Personal Information’, and you will be able to add a link to your website directly through ‘About Me’, but you need to make sure that there is a limit to the number of words in your text in the ‘About Me’ section, so you can try to do it.
