Hi KeithKrasnove

My name is Therese, an Independent Advisor.

If your concerns are account-related, unfortunately, here in the Skype community, no one has access to the users' accounts. That being said, I recommend contacting Skype support directly to have this checked. You can contact them via live chat. Please use the link below:

All credit eventually deactivates if no subscriptions are active or purchases have not been made in some time. This requires you to reactivate the credit to make it usable again.

1. Your credit was deactivated after 180 consecutive days of non-use. You would need to reactivate that credit.

2. You are signed in to a different account that has no balance or does not have the deactivated credit. Sign in to the correct account with the deactivated credit in your web browser to reactivate it.

I have €17 + on my Skype Credit which is now inactive. When I go to reactivate this credit you say I do not have any credit to reactivate. I know this is not correct. So would you ever let me know when you correct this situation. I have not used this credit for the past 200 days because of ill health but am now back to my computer and ready to start again. A correction of this item will be very helpful.

As covered in my earlier reply:

You are signed in to a different account that has no balance or does not have the deactivated credit. Sign in to the correct account with the deactivated credit in your web browser to reactivate it.

Separate Skype accounts can be under a unique email address, legacy Skype name or phone number. Once you locate the right account and reactivate the credit, you might consider moving most of that credit to the account you use more often.
