Change Admin of Chats in Skype

Hi Microsoft Coperations,

I am one of the users of Microsoft Corporations. Today I am posting this Post as I have a problem. 

Can you please tell me how can I change the names admin members in a Skype chat group.

Please tell me as fast as possible..

No Sir I want to change the names of ADMIN members . I want to be ADMIN and remove others from being ADMIN

I see. I not really sure if this commands wills till going to work with the latest version of Skype but you can give it a try.

Type /setrole <username> Admin in the message field. Replace "<username>" with the new admin's Skype username.

You can also use /setrole <username> Master to change a member's role to admin. The two commands are the same.

If you want to change a chat admin's role to member, use the /setrole <username> Member.

First check what are the actual roles of the members of the group.

 

In the chat box of this group type and send this chat command:

 

/showmembers

 

This will list all members of the group and their assigned roles, which can only be Admin and User.

 

If you are Admin of the group, then you can change the roles of the other members using this chat command:

 

/setrole username Admin/User

 

where username is the exact Skype Name of the member. Note that if the Skype Name starts with "live:" this "live:" prefix must be included too.

Sir I am not the Admin then how could I able to make myself ADMIN ? 

And I want to dismiss someone from Admin.

Only members with the Admin role can change the role of other members in the group. Do you see any other member with the Admin role?
