Can't reactivate my Skype Number

Split from this thread.

re: "Not receiving Incoming calls"

I have the same problem.

My Skype Phone Number was working perfectly, and magically I stopped receiving Phone Calls & Text Messages?

Whenever someone calls, they get a busy signal, and whenever they send a text message, nothing happens.

I have plenty of credit, and have purchased more credit, and still nothing.

Help!?

Hi All,

So I upgraded my iPhone last month, to the latest greatest model.

I guess, when I upgraded, and transferred my iCloud profile to the new phone, the Skype Subscription was disconnected?

Skype App Steps:

1-To renew the Subscription, Click on the blue "Continue" Button.

DO NOT Click on the red "Add Credit" button, this is NOT a Subscription.

Skype App

Step 2 - Log into your Apple iCloud profile. Click on the blue "Subscribe" Button

Skype App

Step 3 - Your Subscription is Confirmed by Skype.

Apple IOS Subscription Settings

Step 4 - Your Skype Subscription will appear within Your Apple IOS Subscription Settings

OK, So I did ALL That, waited 1 hour.

And STILL NO inbound phone call or inbound text messages.

re: "Not receiving Incoming calls"

I followed the instruction above, and the error message says:

"You have 75 day left to reactivate this number from your IOS device."

OK So, How do I reactivate this number from your IOS device?

Hi Ruwim B.,

Thank you for the recommendation, however I don't have the "Expired" tab in my iPhone's screen.

The Skype Subscription is Active.

YET, my phone number still does not work? People still receive a busy signal when they call, and when they send a text this Error message appears?

I've gone through ALL the support pages, and nothing works!

Can a Skype Technician please contact me?
